Meet Our Team

Stefan roberts

Stefan founded RED in 2006 and since then has grown the business from a small fleet of vans into the business you see today. RED now has an extensive fleet of Vans, Lorries, Hi Ab Vehicles and a Mobile Crane, as well as offering business and personal storage in a warehouse boasting 1600 pallet spaces. More recently Stefan has also opened a Garage that services his every growing fleet of company vehicles and carries out private work too. There is also a multi drop business that runs alongside his same day and next day delivery business.

In Stefan’s spare time he enjoys spending time with family and friends, and has recently joined the local rugby club as a coach for his son’s team.

Shaun Dyson

Shaun has been Transport Manager since 2016. Shaun’s main role at RED is to liaise with customers to ensure all of their transport needs are meet, along with planning the driver’s delivery routes and timings, and ensuring all vehicles are well maintained.

In Shaun’s spare time he is a keen sports fan and enjoys watching his football team – Liverpool.

Paula Gilchrist

Paula has been Accounts Manager since 2010. Paula’s main role involves supporting the RED transport team with all of the customer and supplier invoicing, payments and wages. As well managing the accounts team.

In Paula’s spare time she loves nothing more than socialising with friends and is also a keen caravaner & enjoys spin.

sue raybould

Sue has been a member of the accounts administration team since 2022. Sue also brings with her vast experience of running a Garage, so now supports the RED with it’s new Garage venture.

Sue main role is supporting the RED Transport & Logistics team with their customer invoicing and payroll.

In Sue’s spare time she enjoys walking Max her lovely dog and our office dog! As well as spending time with her family and holidays in the sun with a glass of Prosecco.

ross bridges

Ross is the newest member of the RED team, joining as a Transport & Logistics Planner.

Ross’s main role at RED is to support the Transport Manager in coordinating the drivers and delivery schedules on a daily basis, along with working with the customers to ensure all of their needs are meet.

Ross is also supporting our warehouse team, along with looking after our fleet of Lorries as well as carrying out local deliveries and collections for RED.

In Ross’s spare time he is a keen running taking part in 5km, 10km and Half Marathons. He also enjoys foreign travel.

Karen Skelding

Karen has been a member of the accounts administration team since 2015. Karen’s main role at RED is ensuring that all of the RED Southwest depots receive the support they need, which processing supplier invoices and payments, along with managing the fuel cards.

In Karen’s spare time she enjoys going horse racing and has in fact actually named a racehorse.

Lisa trust

Lisa joined the RED in 2022 as a Transport & Logistics Planner.

Lisa’s main role at RED is to support the Transport Manager in coordinating the drivers and delivery schedules on a daily basis, along with working with the customers to ensure all of their needs are meet.

Lisa has also taken on the role of looking after RED’s driver training.

In Lisa’s spare time she enjoys Fitness activities such as Running & Spin Classes. Along with spending time with her two children and watching them play cricket and horse riding.
