Key role functions:
This is a great opportunity covering a number of disciplines within the business.
The successful candidate will be adaptable and enjoy working at pace and in a structured manner.
Work with the Fleet Vehicle Manager loading and analysing weekly data from the various Depots and maintaining data in the company’s Fleet Management software system.
On occasion, the potential to be required to go out to Depot across the UK to run vehicle checks, leasing with the Depot managers
Produce information for the management team such as KPIs and Metrics as part of the company compliance checks
Work with the Compliance Manager to assist in On-Boarding new Drivers. This entails a variety of checks using external companies for Drug and Alcohol tests, Driving license etc.
Work with the Accounts Team to assist in preparing and uploading key data into the Finance systems.
